In comparison of the two cultures, I realize that politics exist in both cultures and it is a game that I really do non like to play. However, working in the private sector gave me a greater sense of satisfaction I could prioritize my work and get things done there was less bureaucracy. The positive side of the two cultures Private Sector gives you room to grow based on your commitment to work, There is less beauracy to deal with and most are working toward the same goal.
